  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 8 to 12 large iceberg lettuce leaves, cleaned and dry

  1. Sauté the veggies: In a large pot sauté olive oil on medium heat. Sauté onion, celery and poblanos. Stir for a few minutes until they are tender – about 8 minutes. Now add in the garlic, cumin, coriander and cayenne to the pan. Simmer for another 30 seconds and remove from heat as soon as the dish emits an aroma.
  2. Spice it up: There should be ground turkey, which should be added and stirred with a spoon. Sauté for a further 2 minutes until it loses its pink colour.

  4. Simmer the goodness: And then, add the white beans, the broth and then the oregano. Heat in portions and hardly mix before the stove, for about 25 minutes.
